Duties & Taxes
International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.
Customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price.
If customs charges are refused and the package is returned to us, original outbound shipping costs and return shipping fees will be deducted from the eligible refund.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly.
While TOMON is not responsible for packages once they are confirmed as delivered by the carrier, we will assist in initiating an investigation with the shipping provider where applicable.
