As natural materials are used, subtle variations in colour or pattern may occur.
Are the pieces gender-specific?

Where do you ship?
Complimentary shipping is available to selected destinations across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
If your country is not available at checkout, shipping is currently not supported.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are prepared with care and typically dispatched within several business days.

Tracking details are provided once shipment is confirmed.
Duties & Returns
Are customs duties included?
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees determined by the destination country.
These charges remain the responsibility of the recipient and are non-refundable.
Can I return my order?
Returns are accepted within 21 days of delivery for items that remain unused and in original condition with all packaging.
Original shipping costs incurred by TOMON are deducted from the refund.
Refunds apply to the product price only, following inspection.
Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
