Refund policy
We accept returns within 21 days of delivery for items purchased through our official online store.
To initiate a return, please contact us in advance via our contact form or email.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.

Return Conditions
Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:
・Unworn and unused
・In resalable condition
・Returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories
・Return request submitted within 21 days of delivery
・Purchased directly from our official online store
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Promotional Purchases
Items purchased under promotional offers, including multi-item discounts or bundle pricing, are eligible for return under the same conditions.
If part of an order is returned and the remaining items no longer qualify for the promotion, the original discount will be recalculated and deducted from the refund amount.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
TOMON is not responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged during return transit.

Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Original shipping costs incurred by TOMON will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds apply to the product price only.
The following costs are non-refundable:
・Original outbound shipping fees
・Customs duties, import taxes, and related charges
・Return shipping costs
・Payment processing fees where applicable
Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Refused Deliveries / Customs Refusal
If customs duties or taxes are refused and the shipment is returned to us, all shipping costs, return costs, and any related handling fees will be deducted from the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
・Order number
・Description of the issue
・Clear photos of the affected area
Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for resolution.
After review, TOMON will determine whether repair, replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate.

Non-Returnable Situations
We may refuse returns in the following cases:
・Signs of wear or use
・Missing packaging or accessories
・Unauthorized return shipments
・Repeated excessive returns that indicate misuse of the policy
